The application proceeds as follows

Application

Host country. Number of participants. Please let us know your requirements, such as your favorite foods. Ask if any participants have food allergies. Let us know the cost. Please complete the application and payment 3 months prior to the event date to obtain a visa.

Contract

The contract will be completed after remittance to the designated bank account.

Departure

We will enter the designated country 3 days prior to the desired date of the event. Upon arrival, we will shop for ingredients locally and start preparing the food 2 days prior to the event.

Returning to one's country (Japan)

We return to one's country (Japan) the day after the event.

Basic Plan.

The cost of traveling to the U.S. to cook and serve soba noodles to 100 guests, and

1、Airfare to/from the U.S.A.: approx. 1,000,000 yen (including fuel oil charge)

2、Ingredients、approx. 500,000 yen + 20% tax

3、Accommodation expenses, 300,000 yen

4、Technical fee for 100 guests, 3,000,000 yen
